Toulouse. Le Petit Palaprat: did you say night bar?
Rue Palaprat, the old Asian tapas bar, the Be. Because, a place left to a whole new place: Le Petit Palaprat. Restaurant at noon and tapas bar with musical atmosphere in the evening, it’s a new adventure that begins for Minh, John, and Tri, the owner team. “After a very difficult year, we wanted to completely change our formula and create a friendly space that promotes meetings and can accommodate all kinds of activities: meetups, theme evenings, intimate concerts, openings”, explains Minh. Passionate about cooking, he offers “hybrid” dishes for lunch that combine his Asian Japanese origins and Southwestern cuisine, such as a piece of beef with spices, or fried chicken with a sweet and sour sauce. John, a former bartender at Opium, is the bar and night specialist. With him it is guaranteed atmosphere “all night!” “We accept 35-year-olds from 25 to 25, from different backgrounds but like to party in a fun and relaxed atmosphere,” he says. For this Le Petit Palaprat has set up a sort of routine with a different program depending on the day of the week. Thursday is afterwork for those who want to unwind after work. Friday is the game with the reverse blind test and Saturday music with a DJ at least once a month. This weekend the Petit Palaprat is making its festival and invites you to 3 inauguration evenings, from October 14 to 16 with a special program that has plenty of surprises in store.
