Prague – American provider of cyber security services SentinelOne is investing one billion crowns in the Czech Republic over three years. The company has opened an innovation center in Prague, which employs 300 qualified people. The company requires it today to meet with journalists.
Prague will serve SentinelOne as an engineering headquarters for Europe, selected on the basis of local strong offers of engineering talent. The company will recruit employees at all levels of expertise and across disciplines, including developers. The Innovation Center will work with the company’s teams in North and South America, Asia and other European countries.

The Czech educational system educates exceptionally high-quality engineers, so we consider this country to be an ideal basis for the development of top technological products. At the beginning of this year, SentinelOne appointed a new vice president for engineering and head of the emerging branch in Prague. He became Martin Matula, who also took over responsibility for the company’s expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. Matula joined SentinelOne from Avast, where he served as vice president
The company was founded in 2013. It offers solutions that include previous, detection, response and search of threats based on artificial intelligence across end stations, data containers, cloud work tasks and IoT devices within a single autonomous platform. Last year, the company doubled its sales to $ 37 million (812 million crowns).
