The agreement between the municipality of Verona and the Fism, Italian federation of nursery schools, of Verona.

The Veronese preschools (31) that belong to the association will therefore receive the contribution of the Municipality for another five years, an economic support that will cover the next school years until 2025/2026. Another five non-FISM schools are beneficiaries of the agreement, for a total of 2662 pupils.

In 2020/2021, 3 million 500 thousand euros were disbursed, with the agreement targeting an additional 22 thousand euros for situations of disability, both physical and psycho-social.

Sboarina: «It is objective how the presence in the municipal area of ​​Catholic preschools is an added value for the educational and educational offer of the city. A public service without which we would be able to give an answer to all the Veronese families ».

Maellare: “Over the years the convention has evolved, recognizing the contribution also for Veronese children who attend equal schools in other municipalities, always with a view to leaving no one behind and giving all families equal opportunities”.

Garonzi: «The agreement also contemplates the 0-6 year service, for an integrated offer much appreciated by families. Support for children with difficulties is also fundamental, allowing us to activate adequate support ».
