The real estate developer Mondego Capital Partners is investing heavily in Portugal, having purchased a building on Avenida Sidónio Pais – the number 18 -, a mixed-use asset residential and offices located in the heart of Lisbon, next to Parque Eduardo VII and a few steps from Praça Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade.

At issue is a property composed of 15 fractions and with a construction area of ​​4,312 square meters (m2), referenced in a statement to Bond Advisory, a company headquartered in the capital that structured and advised on the sale of the building.
