The real estate developer Mondego Capital Partners is investing heavily in Portugal, having purchased a building on Avenida Sidónio Pais – the number 18 -, a mixed-use asset residential and offices located in the heart of Lisbon, next to Parque Eduardo VII and a few steps from Praça Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade.
At issue is a property composed of 15 fractions and with a construction area of 4,312 square meters (m2), referenced in a statement to Bond Advisory, a company headquartered in the capital that structured and advised on the sale of the building.
Note that Bond Advisory, a private company focused on developing and structuring investment solutions, advised a transaction on behalf of the buyer, who acquired the asset as part of its investment strategy in Portugal. “[A Mondego Capital Partners] visa expand your portfolio of non-high segment assets and consolidate its position in an increasingly mature market”, the document reads.
Caravela Seguros buys industrial complex on the outskirts of Lisbon
In another note sent to idealista / news, a Bond Advisory reveals that he advised the Caravel Insurance n/A acquisition of a set of industrial units ‘multi-tenant’ located in São João da Talha, on the outskirts of Lisbon.
It is a industrial asset composed of a set of industrial warehouses and offices with a total of 12,049 m2 of gross leasable area.
“The complex, completed in 2006, is composed of 12 industrial fractions occupied by tenants from six different industries. It is located in a land of more than two hectares, benefiting from excellent accesses, something that has been contributing to the solidity of this type of operation, whose history has registered a structured and constant growth in terms of market values”, reads if no documents.
