HOSI-Salzburg: Conny Felice is the new managing director of the queer NGO
Salzburg (OTS) – Conny Felice from Salzburg took over the management of the LGBTIQA * human rights organization HOSI Salzburg in October 2021.
She follows Anton Cornelia Wittmann, who will specialize in (queer) sexual education, prevention and counseling.
As a registered mediator and systemic conflict coach, Felice brings experience from conflict work to HOSI Salzburg. In the last few years she worked in Vienna, among other things, in conflict and community work in municipal housing in Vienna. Before that, she supported medium-sized companies with their market appearances as an advertising and marketing expert for more than two decades.
In addition to the consulting areas of HOSI Salzburg for LGBTIQA * people (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex), Felice wants to focus her commitment on prevention work and in cooperation with institutions and companies. To this end, HOSI’s own educational projects are increasingly being offered: The project School of Diversity provides human rights-based educational work for adolescents and young adults. The second project Diversity in the job is primarily aimed at institutions in the social and health sector.
“The expertise of HOSI Salzburg is also well received by many commercial enterprises,” reports Conny Felice. This makes it possible in diversity management to make the dimension of “sexual orientation and identity” – as the most taboo aspect of diversity – visible.
In this way, HOSI Salzburg makes a valuable and sustainable contribution to a society free of discrimination and fear.
