Dorota Witt leaves Polska Press after 12 years
Since 2009, Dorota Witt has been writing for “Express Bydgoski” and “Nowości Dziennik Toruński”. She focused on journalistic texts concerning current social affairs. She also prepared interviews with famous women from the region. In recent years, she has also written in the Bydgoszcz city department.
The editor does not hide that her decision is motivated by the change in the Polish edition. – I stopped my place in the editorial office after the changes. But the press will also be important for development – the Polish press in the media will not be important. Now we are going to work in one of the media for the Agora group.
As it will be predicted Wirtualnemedia – this is another journalist from the Polska Press branch from this region, who decided to part with the publishing house. After ten years, we were with “Gazeta Pomorska” from the side of Joanna Pluta, who was not the editor of “News” published in Toruń, Paulina Błaszkiewicz, who also said goodbye to her job and moved to the branch of “Gazeta Wyborcza”.
The rest of the article is below the video:
Changes in the new Kuyavian-Pomeranian branches of Polska Press began when Marcin Habel became the new editor-in-chief of Gazeta Pomorska, Express Bydgoski and Nowości Dziennik Toruński this year, who registered on it Tomasz Pietraszak, who left the publishing house “by contract of the parties”.
Changes in Polska Press dailies
Orlen is taking over, and Polska Press is taking over from the German Capital Group Verlagsgruppe Passau. The company has 20 out of 24 regional and 120 dailies of weekly magazines published in Poland.
Following Orlen’s command, the diary panels changed to editors-in-chief. They are still going on in many places. Journalists from “Kurier Poranny” and “Gazeta Współczesna” are against the employment of Agnieszka Siewiereniuk-Maciorowska, editor-in-chief of Dzień Dobry Białystok and experts in TVP Info, Telewizja Republika or wPolityce.pl.
