Frank Mounier, 38, has been missing for almost two months leaving his relatives in anguish and isolated investigators with serious leads for the moment. On Tuesday, August 17, the thirty-something left his home in the north of Toulouse, where he lived in a shared apartment, leaving his bank card, his phone and his identity papers. The missing man is strong and measures 1.75 m. As the newspaper detail 20 minutes, “he has black hair, brushed over the top and shaved to the sides,” and wears a long black beard. Finally, the victim has a big tattoo on his forearm which represents a tree with a skull at the foot of the trunk.
