CEZ is ready for its role as a supplier of last resort, company spokesman Roman Gazdík told ČTK. “Therefore, we now ask all customers who find themselves in need to remain calm. We will connect with you ourselves. We understand that this is not easy, but you do not have to worry about being cut off from the electricity supplier. We work to the maximum for our people, our call centers and our branches. You don’t have to call us or go to our branches, “he said.
In Prague, they are ready to secure electricity and gas supplies for customers of Prague-owned PRE and Pražská plynárenská. “We, as PRE, guarantee that no customer in the capital city of Prague and the city of Roztoky u Prahy will be left without electricity due to the termination of the activities of the Bohemia Energy group or other electricity suppliers. “respond and contact PRE due to new contracts,” said company spokesman Petr Holubec.
