13/10/2021 VENICE – The works on the foundations of the Royal Gardens are about to end. Two marble balustrades have been removed to allow tourists to disembark from taxis and grand tourers. || The restoration works of the elegant promenade near the Royal Gardens a stone’s throw from Piazza San Marco appear on the road to conclusion. The novelty is the novelty of two components of the marble balstra, removed to open a passage for tourists who will disembark from the taxis and from the Alilaguna Grand Touring launches and crossed the intertwining of new walkways in the way of housing souvenir stalls crammed into a few dozen of meters before arrival in Piazza San Marco. On the foundation, however, a historic gate has reappeared for which the well-known Venetian activist Fabio Mozzato had fought.Mozzato is one of those citizens who exercises his rights. In Rio Novo he fought for the installation of a control unit for recording a single pollution control unit in Venice city and which, moreover, in some cases registered a situation worse than the Mestre ring road. And even in the case of the Fondamenta dei Giardini Reali, Mozzato does not give up. – Interviewees FABIO MOZZATO (Report by Filippo Fois)
