APM Air Terminal to appoint Birna Ósk Einarsdóttir as the new CCO

An experienced leader with a background in strategy, customer experience, sales, service, marketing and business development, Birna Ósk Einarsdóttir will join APM Air Terminal in January 2022 from Icelandair Group, where she now also works as Business Manager.
Birna Ósk Einarsdóttir has a degree in leadership and management from the University of Iceland (University of Iceland). Prior to joining Icelandair Group, Birna worked as a sales representative for Iceland Telecom and as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Landsvirkjun – National Power Company of Iceland.

The new CCO appointment comes after an earlier announcement by Jonathan Goldner, who had been the company’s chief business officer since 2017, and took over as Asia’s chief executive at APM airports in September.
