Police arrested 15-year-old while driving vehicle, on September 24th. She had taken a road of Annecy ( Haute-Savoie) in the wrong way, report The Dauphiné Libéré.
The girl in summer heard by police officers from the Traffic Accidents and Crime Brigade (BADR) three days later. Far from daily admitting her wrongs, she would have assured to be in her right and “to be old enough to do what she wants”, indicated the local.
Educational permanence
The respondent explained to the police that she had “borrowed” her brother’s vehicle for a trip with two friends. The latter also present in the vehicle at the time of his arrest, explains the newspaper.
The teenager was subjected to a criminal decision support and was submitted to an educational permanence at the court on December 3. She will be summoned alongside her parents by the judicial protection of youth (PJJ) so that she can become aware of the seriousness of the facts, notes The Dauphiné Libéré.
