a plan to fight bullying at school begins in the academy
About 30% of the establishments of the Toulouse academy will adopt a new system to fight against bullying at school, called pHARe. Raise awareness, old, prevent, take charge: this is the design of this action plan. The training of school leaders begins on October 13.
In the Toulouse academy, there is something new this Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
84 school principals and 546 college principals will receive training to better prevent, deal with and take charge of bullying.
The rector of the academy, Mostafa Fourar will also be visiting Fermat College, in Toulouse, to present this pHARe device.
What measures?
- All establishments must have “no harassment” ambassadors
- In all establishments, health, citizenship and environmental education committees will be mobilized on the issue of harassment prevention, in order to draw up an inventory specific to each and to determine an action plan.
- School democracy authorities – college life councils, high school life councils – will also be invited everywhere to take up the subject.
- Schools and establishments constituting a multi-category team, which will be trained in the specific management of bullying, and online modules made available to students
- Parents will be involved in this process through workshops.
