23-year-old ordered drugs and weapons in the Darknet – Salzburg
The Salzburg police made drugs and several prohibited weapons safe from a 23-year-old Tennegauer. The orders were recorded in the Darknet.
Order drugs and weapons on the Internet? Moderating these days is not that complicated. The police in Salzburg arrested a 23-year-old from the Tennengau nun. He has repeatedly ordered drugs on the Darknet.
At the end of July, a delivery sent by air freight from Spain was randomly checked by the Vienna customs office.
The 23-year-old ordered 50 grams of cannabis herb. However, when he never got the delivery, the young man placed another order a little later – from the same seller. The second package with 28 grams of cannabis herb was then confiscated by customs again.
Now the Salzburg public prosecutor’s office ordered a house search of the 23-year-old Tennegauer on Monday.
Weapons also secured
In the course of the house search, the officers found an identical package containing 8 grams of cannabis herb. The man subsequently admitted to having a total of ten Darknet orders. The police also used numerous addictive substance items and several weapons, including banned weapons – including telescopic batons, alarm weapons and a stun gun.
As it turned out, the 23-year-old has had an official gun ban since 2015. He is reported according to the weapons law and the narcotics law. Further investigations will follow.
