In the Concluding Motion of the Congress the criticisms of the country and the possible solutions to resolve them are illustrated
The Concluding Motion of the Future Republic addresses various aspects of the general situation of the Republic, underlining “the crucial moment of the Congress in which politics is a true passion and service to shape the future”. “The season of reforms, of which we are constantly talking, can no longer be postponed” writes Rf, even if “difficult choices will be necessary, but if they are just and equitable, they will open prospects to the country for new development and new well-being”. The motion highlights the lack of “a common programmatic basis” of the governing majority, a “botched alliance, of large numbers but without a government program shared with the voters, unable to face the challenges of the crisis and grasp the opportunities for the future. The banking system seems to be left to its own destiny, the commercial and commercial systems are even opposed, in their growth and development, by bureaucracy, by rules that are made more and more obsolete, by the continuous misalignment with European legislation. Even the vital pillars of the country, such as the Public Administration, Healthcare, Education – continues RF – are continually questioned, in particular Healthcare “for a total inadequacy to respond to the needs of citizens through the right organizational models, prey of a war of power and appointments that is now unacceptable ”. Particular attention is paid to Justice, “offended and disheartened by the pre-eminence of the law on the upset law, through the blind force of numbers, humiliated, through the expulsion of magistrates and top figures of the Court.
