Telemach Croatia has a “valid legal basis”
Telemach Hrvatska from the United Group says it operates in accordance with the law in the use of optical infrastructure inside buildings.
In a statement issued by Poslovni, the company says that A1 Hrvatska has initiated a lawsuit against him against the HAKOM regulator.
In it, A1 Croatia claims that United Group is using its infrastructure illegally.
Telemach Hrvatska responds by saying that “since this claim damages Telemach Hrvatska’s reputation and leads readers to the wrong conclusion, Telemach Hrvatska wants to emphasize that it is building an optical network in such a way that the physical infrastructure inside the buildings is needed for installation. the optical network for each user within the building is used exclusively by valid legal bases in the form of a contract signed with the co-owners of the buildings, who are also co-owners of the physical infrastructure in question ”.
He concludes by saying that “the dispute is in question, and A1 has not submitted documentation from the alleged ownership status of A1 or any other right under which A1 would be authorized to manage the physical infrastructure inside the buildings for several months from the beginning of the dispute until today. In this way, A1 seeks to deceive the Agency (HAKOM) and other market participants and at the same time prevent them from accessing Telemach’s services, which distorts competition ”.
