Covid, 26 positives in San Marino last week
” Institute for Social Security announces the update of COVID-19 infections and the progress of the vaccination campaign, in San Marino, recorded in the latest week from 4th to 10th October(data updated at midnight yesterday, 10 October 2021).

The total number of infected people identified since the beginning of the pandemic until midnight yesterday is 5,470 of which: 36 active positives (average age 48 years, 18 females and 18 males), 91 deaths and 5,343 recoveries.
There are 2 people admitted to the hospital (1 in the isolation ward and 1 in the Intensive Care ward), while 34 people are followed at home. No new positives have been detected in the past 24 hours. There are 34 people in home quarantine.
The total swabs performed are 80,733, of which 25,636 on individuals.
The table below summarizes the trend of the last few weeks relating to the swabs carried out, the total number of new positive cases found, the percentage of new positives in relation to the total number of swabs and recoveries.
The total number of vaccinations carried out yesterday is 47,382 of which 22,765 people vaccinated with the first dose and 24,617 with the second dose or with the single dose. 51.6% of the vaccinated are female and 48.4% are male. 81.50% of the vaccinable population completed the immunization cycle.
