Belgium flies to the aid of France to rescue 38 people
Nearly 40 migrants were rescued by France in collaboration with Belgium. They were indeed aboard a sinking canoe. According to the information reported on this situation, no loss of human life has been recorded. We note all the same that France had to call in reinforcement Belgium which deployed the NH90 of the 40th SAR Squadron.
France deploys navy ship
The request formulated by the French Defense had the merit of promoting research in the Channel between France and England. Two people were admitted to Calais hospital after being on a buoy ten miles from the French coast. Several other people were found in the water after hours of searching English waters. The French army deployed a navy vessel which facilitated searches with the Belgian helicopter.
600 migrants disembark in Lampedusa
Five were fished out of the water at these maneuvers even though they all thanks to severe hypothermia. Note that the European continent continues to record a massive influx of migrants. A few days ago, several hundred migrants landed on the Italian coast. According to the information that has been reported on this situation, nearly 20 boats have landed on the small island of Lampedusa. The number of these migrants is estimated at 600.
