A twenty beautiful addresses in Toulouse get ready to set the table towards Limoux! The five protected designations of origin (PDO) of this altitude vineyard located only 87 kilometers from Toulouse will be in the spotlight from October 12 to 16, 2021.

Mauzac, Chardonnay, Chenin, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Coast, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah … Although abundant, the atypical palette of grape varieties, which combines emblematic Languedoc grape varieties and grape varieties that are not very common in such latitudes, is no less distinctive, revealing the particularism of a vineyard located in a confluence area.
(**) Embracing both banks of the Tarn, the Gaillac vineyard covers more than 3,000 hectares of vines between Albi and Toulouse. This is an old vineyard, which has managed to preserve many indigenous grape varieties, such as Mauzac, Ondenc, Long-de-l’Oeil or Braucol. The production of white wines (dry or sweet) and sparkling wines has been recognized as a protected designation of origin since 1938, the production of red wines and rosé wines since 1970.
