The most important moments of the competition day came only after the finals, because it was then that the farewell of László Cseh, who retired after the Tokyo Olympics, was arranged.
The four-time Olympic silver and double bronze medal, the World and European Championships, welcomed the audience with a classic standing ovation, a long round of applause, and then the celebrated completed one length in all four swimming classes.
He paced several times on the butterfly with his teammate, who retired after the Tokyo Games, who was “surprisingly” chosen from the audience by Péter Bernek, and then at the 200-meter back, the 1980 Olympic Olympic gold medalist Sándor Wladár, the Hungarian Swimming Association.
