The planned changes in connection with main road 48 are also justified by the amendments to the settlement structure plan and the local building regulations. The purpose of the former amendment is to fix the basic land use for the construction of the above-mentioned roundabout, ie to convert the area related to the construction intervention into a road transport area. Given that the current plans already include the junction and the main road network element, this is only a modification due to changes in land requirements, so that the boundaries of the property and the nature of the land use can only be determined precisely. Due to the change in land use, the size of the area to be built in will not increase, no new area to be built in has been designated – the document states.
