Skanska invests EUR 26 million, approx 260 million Crown in a residential construction project Helsinki, Finland. The building consists of 74 apartments.
The aim is to obtain an RTS environmental classification. The project represents the highest energy efficiency class, and the solar panels on the roof will help generate some of the electricity used by the property. Parking spaces are equipped for rechargeable electric cars, and residents can use car sharing.
Construction began in September 2021 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
