This was written by the Company Trade Union Representation of the middle managers employed and auxiliary employees of the Cassa di Risparmio on behalf of the middle managers employed and auxiliary employees of the Bank, in reference to the recent news that appeared in the press.
“Vice versa for us employees of Cassa di Risparmio this figure represents the business card of the Bank, the first interlocutor with whom the customer relates and thanks to his professionalism and competence he can accept the customer’s needs, supporting them and directing him towards the resolution of his own problems.
Therefore, for us Cash Employees, the “cashier” or more correctly Counter Operator represents an essential figure in the banking business, and who deserves total respect.
