Pinqua, 3 projects of the Municipality of Genoa will be financed
They have been published on the website of the ministry of sustainable infrastructure and mobility projects financed under the National innovative program for the quality of living (PinQua).
Three project proposals presented by the Municipality of Genoa, for a total of approx 120 million euros, which will be financed by Mims, after yesterday’s signing of the decree by the minister Enrico Giovannini: the Pra ‘regeneration project with the recovery of social housing units, interventions by regeneration in the area of Prè and the Ghetto and the pilot proposal concerning a large part of the historic center of Genoa, included in the Caruggi Integrated Plan, and some belt areas between the old city and the nineteenth-century one.
“It is a great result, much awaited, which will allow the construction of important interventions for the historic center, for the delegation of some districts in the offer of public buildings since our projects also include the approval of the project on Begato, presented by the Liguria Region with whom we are working ”, a note working the councilors for Public Works Pietro Piciocchi and Urban Planning Simonetta Cenci.
Satisfaction is also expressed by the councilor for the historic center Paola Bordilli which underlines how “the funds intercepted with the ministerial program will be added to the over 137 million euros of investments included in the Caruggi Plan and will allow the redevelopment of buildings, historic walls, squares, giving the Genoese an increasingly beautiful, livable historic center and attractive “.
