“Aren’t you getting up for work?” “No.” She went to calm the new neighbors, she ended badly. In pirate Prague, it is getting worse
The inhabitants of the Prague 10 district have been suffering for a long time from problems that no one would expect in the heart of the Czech capital. In many places, thanks to the pirate municipality, inadaptable citizens have settled in city flats, bothering the lives of normal people on a daily basis. Drugs, theft, fights, violence, noise, odor, clutter. With these words, the local natives sadly use their current reality.
The problems that ParlamentníListy.cz has previously described certainly do not end there. The problem population complicates the lives of local people in all possible ways. The most angry among the old settlers is the fact that the new tenants, who are said to come from other parts of the country, were moved into their flats by the municipality or the city district. At the same time, they should be housing units that will be available to low-income Praguers or, for example, for single mothers.

Other disturbing information from the sites concerned brought the web Expres.cz. The publisher and number two of the Prague SPD candidate Jan Čížek is convinced that this is an extensive problem that has arisen from the new scoring system for applicants for municipal flats. Because of this, the inhabitants of Vršovice and Malešice experience a nightmare instead of a quiet life.
“On the busy Počernická street in Malešice, we met two women who have lived in one of the local modern houses for years. The apartments have balconies, upstairs you can see a beautiful terrace with a view. It would not be easy for people with an average income to find housing here during the current housing crisis. On the contrary, it is only a few months since new neighbors appeared in the house. We are talking about a Roma family, who must be allocated a municipal apartment here. According to both inhabitants, living with them is no honey. They both wanted to remain anonymous, among other things for fear that their neighbors might take revenge, “writes Expres.
One of the residents of the affected house described one of her recent “experiences”. At around 11 o’clock in the night, it is said that someone from a large Romani family was breaking into the house because he probably forgot his keys. The small child allegedly climbed into the car and tried to get into the house from a height, his parents did not care.
“When I went to see them the next day, I had a small child, I had three jobs, I was single and we also wanted to sleep, I asked them if it would seem normal for them to keep a mess. And if they don’t get up for work. They told me not to, because it is a living state. And the door slammed into my nose, “said the current experience of the resident.
It is said that foreign people who do not live there at all and probably visit a Roma family and are mostly under the influence of drugs are said to move around the house. “I’m afraid for children, because you never know what such a fat man will do. We don’t know who it is. We found a syringe in the hallway near the cellar, “said the resident about her horror experience.
Based on his experience, Jan Čížek states that this is a problem of the whole of Prague 10. “Newly, municipal flats are now practically only maladapted. It’s not just about the Roma, but about various junkies and the like. If, for example, a lady applied for an apartment here as a single woman, she would get a maximum of twenty-six points, I calculated that. Nevertheless, any junkie will in principle receive fifty points for all indispositions, such as not being able to work and the like, “the Prague politician of the SPD did not understand.
It is said that the injustice of normal residents on the part of the city is that their rents will soon be raised, but not to newly newly moved inadaptable ones. “They have municipal flats, Prague is moving them here. These are mainly from Černý Most, where they moved flats. So they put them in our barracks. It got worse sometime in January, “said the occupant of another house.
The management of the city district and the municipality allegedly have nothing to do with the accident. “People are asking me to interpellate the management of the City Hall of Prague 10 in the case of desperate situations with allocated municipal flats. When I presented this at the council meeting a few weeks ago, the Pirates laughed at me,” says Čížek.
Some time ago we informed about the same problems in other parts of Prague 10. The situation there is practically the same. Inadaptable residents who, under strange conditions, rented municipal flats, hell work for other neighbors. One of the residents did not even find a used syringe for her child in the corridor in the pram. The stolen cellar cubicles were said to be the order of the day, and new neighbors used to go to the cellars to charge their mobile phones, for example, because the supplier had disconnected their electricity supply for free.
