44 classes currently closed in the Toulouse Academy
Because of the Covid-19 epidemic, 44 classes are closed in the Toulouse Academy, this Friday, October 8, 2021. We take stock of the situation.
Quarantine classes are closed but no school has its doors closed in theToulouse Academy. The health situation seems to be improving in Haute-Garonne. Incidence rate is now lower at the alert threshold set at 50.
The department has an incidence rate of cases per 100,000 inhabitants recorded over the last seven days, which means that children from CP to CM2 (6 to 11 years old) remove the mask from Monday, October 11, 2021.
131 students positive for Covid-19, a figure in sharp decline
This Friday, October 8, Toulouse Academy takes stock of the Covid-19 weekly situation like every week. The numbers seem to be improving as this week, 44 courses are therefore closed (out of a total of 31,380, i.e. 0.14% of all classes in the department) against 62 last week. Note that no school is closed this week while on October 1, two structures could not accommodate students.
On 534,617 students, 131 cases were confirmed in the last seven days (i.e. 0.02% of all students) versus 248 in October 1 update.
Regarding the staff of establishments, we note a general decrease with nine positive cases to October 8 against 14 confirmed cases October 1.
