Created in 2014, FlavLab, a contraction of flavor and laboratory, designates a place of experimentation in the field of aromas and fragrances. A pioneer, that of INP ENSIASET has just created a room fragrance for the 30th anniversary of the Fête de la Science.
Always in search of innovation, the Flav Lab of the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INP), directed by Thierry Talou, research engineer and the associate perfumer, Sarah Grivot, did not hesitate to propose to Science Animation to create a fragrance for the 30th anniversary of the Fête de la Science in Occitanie. This Thursday, this room fragrance, aptly named, “Science 30”, is launched in Toulouse. “This scent, created in 600 samples, has already been released this week by Science Animation at the regional level,” explains Thierry Talou. At the national level, samples were also offered to various officials of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in Paris. It will also be presented soon on television as part of the program, “C’est pas sorcier”. You can imagine the fallout. No need to tell you how proud we are! Especially since this perfume could also be marketed ”.
