Railways, the high-speed line has gone haywire: delays of up to 210 minutes. From 6 pm the return to normality
Passionate Wednesday for those traveling on the high-speed rail network that connects Italy from the North and South: in fact, until the evening, problems were recorded both on the Florence-Bologna and in Rome, with repercussions on the traffic of all the country and delays that in some cases even reached 210 minutes.
A Italo train remained stationary for hours due to a technical problem in the vicinity of Firenze Castello. The train left Rome around 8:30 and headed for Milan. Traffic on the High Speed line in the evening resumed a certain regularity after the passengers, about 140, were transferred to another Italo train that had just arrived. The convoy that remained stationary was instead towed with a locomotive, thus allowing the line to be freed.
