Official farewell to Jogi Löw takes place in Wolfsburg!
Joachim Löw has not been the national coach since the European Championship ended – but an official farewell to the 2014 world champion coach is still pending. Now the DFB announced: The Löw farewell will take place in Wolfsburg, as part of the World Cup qualification game against Liechtenstein in the VW Arena on November 11th.

According to Sport1 information, Löw himself was said to have received full attention at the home game premiere of successor Hansi Armenia on September 5 against Flick. Then it was generally expected that the farewell could be celebrated at the game in Hamburg against Romania on Friday.
But now DFB director Oliver Bierhoff continues: “First we had September in mind, But that will now happen in Wolfsburg, so that we will meet there for the end of the year and Jogi officially and internally. “The DFB game in the VW Arena is the last home game of the year – and that Löw will also bid farewell to his assistants Andreas Köpke, Thomas Schneider and Urs Siegenthaler and DFB doctor Sepp Schmitt.
