Near Toulouse, customers burn a pizza vending machine because they were not satisfied with the taste
Five visibly alcoholic men set fire to a pizza distributor in Saint-Jory, north of Toulouse. The facts took place at the end of September and the perpetrators were arrested this week.
Their reaction is not very skinny … Five men aged 25 to 26 were arrested this week by investigators from the Toulouse Saint-Michel gendarmerie company. They are suspected of having burned down a machine that automatically distributes pizzas 24 hours a day.
The case takes place on September 21, around 6 a.m. That day, a car parked in Fenouillet, north of Haute-Garonne. Five visibly alcoholic people get out of the vehicle and walk towards a pizza vending machine. These customers foot the bill and eat, but in the end they are not blown away by the taste. And to protest, two of these customers get up and punch the vending machine. Then one of them grabs the boxes and stuffs them into the machine, before setting them on fire.

The damage is significant, plus € 80,000, according to the manager of the structure. To find the accused, the prosecution entrusted the investigations to the soldiers of the community of brigades of Saint-Jory. During checks, investigators saw that the suspects had been filmed by the machine before setting it on fire … This negligence enabled them to be identified quickly.
During the interrogations, these revelers for the most part assured to have no memory of this evening because of excessive alcohol consumption. After the hearings, only one of them, a priori the arsonist, was referred to the Toulouse prosecutor’s office. He should be tried quickly.
