FIFIB, 10ème édition à Bordeaux du 13 au 18 octobre !
Keep your eyes open! You are likely to come across in Bordeaux Anna mouglalis, Jacques Audiard, Charlotte gainsbourg, Sandrine Kimberlain, Laurent Cantet, Alice Diop and quite a few others … FIFIB is back and the festival village will transform the Cour Mably in Bordeaux in open-air cinema and on a giant dance floor!
10th anniversary
From 13 to 18 October 2021 in Bordeaux, the FIFIB, the International Independent Film Festival of Bordeaux, celebrates its tenth anniversary. Between a demanding selection, previews, original retrospectives and other privileged moments where independent cinema is always in the spotlight, this anniversary edition will have a lot of surprises in store for you. The screenings take place at the cinema Utopia of Bordeaux, to Jean Eustache de Pessac and in UGC of Bordeaux and Talence. Three pass formulas are available: 5 places at 30 €, 10 places at 55 € or 15 places at 75 €. (Presentation of the compulsory health pass to attend the sessions).
Short and feature films
We find this year in the Jury “feature film” Charline Bourgeois Tacquet (Les Amours d’Anaïs), Diane Rouxel (La Terre des hommes) and the Boukherma brothers (Teddy). You will be able to discover at the opening of the festival “Investigation into a state scandal” of Thierry de Peretti. Among the films in this year, “You only want me” by Claire Simon, “Clara Sola” by Nathalie Alvarez-Mesén, “A la vie” by Aude Pépin or “The Beta Test” by Jim Cummings. For this tenth edition, eight short films are also in competition. This is the movie of Jacques Audiard, “Les Olympiades”, which will be screened during the closing evening, Monday October 18 at 7:00 pm at the UGC Ciné Cité in Bordeaux.
