This seven-bedroom mansion is part of the development of The Heart of Europe on The World Islands off the coast of Dubai. It is one of nine villas on Sweden’s island, eight of which have been sold. The villa has eight bathrooms, has a built-up area of 25,000 square feet and sits on a plot of 34,500 square meters. It is marketed by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty for Dh125 million ($ 34 million).
What’s the story?
There are luxury houses and there is Bentley Palace.
Apart from Abu Dhabi’s Nurai Island, this is probably as close as you will live to a tropical island in the United Arab Emirates.

How is the heart of Europe evolving?
It is in full swing and nearing completion. The developer made sure to use the time during the pandemic to drive construction progress forward. The first hotels are ready and open during Expo 2020 Dubai. Germany Island, Sweden Island and Honeymoon Island along with a set of Floating Seahorses will be handed over at the end of 2021. If one were to visit the islands today, they would not believe their eyes.

Is Bentley Palace different from the other villas?
Yes indeed, Villa 1 is located on a corner plot that is a much larger plot than the others, and it faces west and enjoys a fantastic sunset view.
