Faced with this, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Toulouse Haute-Garonne offers support as part of the Human Resources Pass. Created by the Occitanie region, this device is aimed at VSEs and SMEs at least 50 employees.
Farms, business groups and associations with at least one permanent employee can also benefit. The cost of the service is fully supported by the region. The objectives of the Pass are multiple. It allows these different structures to take stock of their HR challenges and needs, to give them the keys to carrying out their projects and to identify the resources that can be mobilized to support them.
Three-month follow-up of projects
Thanks to this system, eligible companies will be able to map their HR practices free of charge and implement a personalized action plan. The Human Resources Pass is effectively adapted to the situation of each structure. During two half-days, the priorities of the company will be defined with the specialized firms. A time will be devoted to the diagnosis then another to the definition of an action plan.
