University league: Prague 100%, Engineers shot Pardubice 12: 1

During the past week, five matches of the opening round of the University Ice Hockey League took place. We witnessed goal shootouts and very close results, in matches mostly domestic hockey players celebrated. The winners of Tipsport UniCup did not manage the first match

HC Palacký University players entered the new season against UK Hockey Prague. The hockey players of Charles University scored the opening goal of the match in the six minutes of the match and the score shifted by a goal on each side by the end of the first period. In the second period, the goal machine started. The guests from Karlovka scored four goals, to which the Olomouc answer had to react. After forty minutes, the score was 1: 6 from the home point of view. The surprise did not take place in the last part, both teams scored two goals and the Charles University team scored three points in the table. The victory of the team from the capital was also signed by Viktor Martínek, who scored four records in the match.

The South Bohemian favorite attributes the first body

The academics gave the Ostravans six

The hockey players of the Pilsen Academics entered the match actively, they took the lead after only 64 seconds, Jan Rejzek shot exactly. The game and the goals scored from one side to the other. In the fifth minute, the visitors leveled Jan Žídek, after less than a minute they were in the lead again and the first siren was leveled again. The second third looked much more cautious and did not adjust the score. The entry into the third part came again to the Academics, who struck after 38 seconds and took the lead. In the rest of the match, the home team added three more goals, which decided their victory for three points.

Bears take advantage of the needs of the home environment

Hockey players from JE Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem headed to Brno for the first round match. The first goal of the match was scored by the home team in the thirteenth minute, Jan Pavel hit the closer post. The rest of the match was very even at odds. The visitors got a chance to pulling one back after 33 minutes, due to a defensive blunder leaving Lukáš Sajdl completely unmarked. The HC MUNI players could smell victory in the air. The score shifted in the 50th minute, the home hockey players used the power play. From then on, Masaryk’s players were on horseback, the North Wings did not attack too much and they secured the victory with two more goals.

Engineers opened a shooting range against the Riders

The home team entered the match more actively, who transformed their dominance in the first period in a two-goal lead thanks to the goals of Matějka and Josefus. Most of the time, the guests defended themselves on the ice and tried in vain to score a goal. In the second part, the bag tore with exclusions and goals. Immediately, five hits by Engineers ended up in the network of the Pardubice measure Vaňka, one hit was recorded by the guests, Maťátko hit. Recently, the guests have been working on their hands, so the people of Prague moved the score by another five goals and a 12: 1 victory! The engineers claim the well-deserved three points in the table at the beginning of the season, the Riders suffered the biggest defeat in the team’s short history.
