une « Nuit polaire » pour sensibiliser sur le changement climatique
The 30th edition of the Fête de la science will be held during an evening on Saturday, October 9 at the Muséum de Bordeaux
After the display of photographs in front of the town hall as part of 2021, Polar Summer, the polar circle is in the spotlight of the “Polar Night” organized at the Bordeaux Museum on Saturday 9 October. This theme was chosen for the celebration of the 30th edition of the Science festival.
From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., visitors can become aware of climate change. The program begins with the broadcast of documentary on Paul-Émile Victor entitled “I hate cold”.
Following the screening of the feature film, Camille Bréant will hold a forty-five minute conference on his past experience at the Franco-Italian base in Antarctica.
Following this conference, visitors will be able to discover circumpolar species during flash tours of about fifteen minutes or enjoy a projection of the 52 photographs from the national exhibition on the facade of the Museum.
Prices range from 3 to 7 euros. The entire “Polar Night” program can be found on the Bordeaux Museum website.
