The winners of the XIV Golden Phoenix Film Festival were named in Smolensk. TV series “Abode” director Alexander Veledinsky won first place in the TV-SHOK competition of television films of the Kinoshock festival, the winner of which is selected by the results of the audience vote. In addition, the project was nominated for The Venice TV Award for Best Television Series. The action in the film takes place in the 1920s in the Slovets Special Purpose Camp: a 27-year-old Moscow student Artem Goryainov, a half-educated student, finds himself in a camp in which the Chekist Fyodor Eikhmanis sets up a large-scale experiment to “re-forge a man.” The main roles in a serial tape based on the bestseller of the writer Zakhara Prilepina, played Evgeny Tkachuk, Alexandra Child, Sergey Bezrukov, Victor Dobronravov and Victor Rakov… The project was produced by Valery Todorovsky and Anton Zlatopolsky…
