Elections in the province of Pisa: Angori wins in Vecchiano and Arianna Buti in Buti
The results updated in real time of the four municipalities to vote. Carli wins in Santa Luce, Giari in Castellina Marittima
PROVINCE OF PISA. Four municipalities in the province of Pisa to vote: Vecchiano, Buti, Santa Luce and Castellina Marittima. Massimiliano Angori confirmed in Vecchiano, Arianna Buti wins in Buti, Giamila Carli in Santa Luce and Alessandro Giari in Castellina.
Vecchiano. Net advantage for Massimiliano Angori of “Together for Vecchiano”, Vincenzo Carni of “A heart for Vecchiano” e Roberto Sbragia of “Vecchiano Civica. The outgoing mayor, with 11 sections scrutinized out of 12, is at 64.79 per cent, Sbragia at 28.31 and Carnì at 6.91.
Seats closed at 15 and the first figure of this electoral round returns a more detached electorate: 55.09 per cent of those entitled to vote went to vote, against 61.05 in the last electoral round. 12.93 per cent went to vote at noon, 33.15 per cent at 7 pm, while at the close of the polls for the first day of elections the turnout was 42.32 per cent.
But I. Arianna Buti (Together for Buti, center left) wins the match between Buti between Buti against Monia Buti (Buti in the center, civic supported by the center-right). The final result, as a percentage, is 67.2 percent against 32.8 percent.
On the turnout, the official data of the Ministry of the Interior tells that a part of the citizens remained at home compared to the last administrative ones that brought Alessio Lari to the seat of mayor. Turnout was 55.16 percent, up from 64.45 five years ago. Lost nine percentage points.
The candidate of “Insieme per Buti” is 48 years old and is the councilor for the budget and outgoing staff. Arianna Buti works as a business consultant. The candidate of “Buti al centro”, Monia Buti, on the other hand, is a 52-year-old lawyer.
Holy Light. Ballots closed and ballot finished Santa Luce: wins Giamila Carli, outgoing auditor. Carli wins with 56.20 percent of the votes, beating Elia Fornai who stops at 34.91 and Patrizio Andreoli with 8.89. 67.98 percent of those entitled to vote went to vote. Last round they were 71.08 per cent. The challenge was between Patrizio Andreoli for the Italian Communist Party, Elia Fornai of “Change for Santa Luce” and the outgoing mayor Giamila Carli, candidate for the list “Together for Santa Luce”.
Castellina Marittima. The other municipality where the vote was taken is Castellina Marittima with a turnout of 61.95 percent. A case against the trend, with a greater participation than in 2016, when 58.41 percent of the voters voted.
The winner is Alessandro Giari, “Ideas and Innovation”, with 67.41. Defeated Manolo Panicucci, Agora la Sinistra, with 18.96 percent e Rocco Pompeo, Open Democracy, with 13.63.
