Prague is red! In the derby, Sparta ended the string of Slavia’s matches without defeat

Sugar Mizzy October 3, 2021

UPDATED

Two strikes on the end of the first half. In the derby, Slavia simply lost tracker Ousou in the first half, who saw the second yellow card and therefore had to leave the field prematurely. Lukáš Haraslín sent the Letná club into the lead from the subsequent direct kick.

FC Hradec Kralove – FK Jablonec

The first goal of the match fell in Mladé Boleslav, where Hradec plays his home matches, already in the 13th minute. Pleštil penetrated the ball into the reduced area and just found a free Miloš Kratochvíl, who sent Severočechy a lead. Six minutes later, however, it was leveled after Dvořák deftly flowed Vasulin’s shot. The first half ended with the score 1: 1.

The Jablonec footballers entered the second half more actively, but Hradec was happy with the goal. After one of the attacks, the visitors’ goalie Jan Hanuš remained on his feet and it seems that the game will be interrupted. However, the referee did not blow his whistle and the Hradec Králové defender Jan Král took advantage of the guests’ inattention. With 70 minutes played, Otto Urma nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. It was precisely this exclusion that Hradec finally paid for, when Tomáš Malínský pushed through the crossbar in the eighth minute with an uncompromising blow to the crossbar.

FC Slovan Liberec – FC Banik Ostrava

Ostrava got into two good opportunities at the beginning of the match, but Klíma and Fleišman did not succeed in shooting either. Over time, Liberec leveled the game, but the North Bohemian effort was completely thwarted by Tie’s red card from 38 minutes. Baník took advantage of the numerical superiority after only five minutes, when Fleišman hit with a beautiful shot from the edge of the lime.

The hero and loser of the second half was the new Slovak representative Ladislav Almási, who in the 63rd minute added the second goal of Ostrava, but in the 85th minute the best Ostrava scorer could not be eliminated at the same time. Liberec tried, but in the end he lost for the first time under Luboš Kozel.

MFK Karvina – FK Mlada Boleslav

Boleslav keeps up with the misery of several lost matches in a row and after a meager 1-0 win over Karviná he takes three important points.

None of the teams had created a quiet chance in the first half hour. Milan Škoda was the head of a penalty after 31 minutes of play. Lukáš Bartošák was a disappointment, however.

In the second half were more active guests from Mladé Boleslav. Michal Hlavatý got the chance first, but missed the left post of the Karviná gate from the volley. Bolek pulled a real crowd pleaser as he, after 78 minutes, wove through the guests’ entire central defense and put the 1 – 0 equalizer away. In the 81st minute, Boleslav was already happy. Matador Středočechů Marek Matějovský ran onto the back post and sent Ewerton’s pass in the right direction. Karviná did not have time to react to the goal.

AC Sparta Prague – SK Slavia Prague

The jubilee third derby awaits the football FORTNUA: LEAGUE on the first Sunday in October. Both teams played in the European Cup on Thursday, where Sparta did better, which was the only Czech representative to win. In the fights with Slavia, the Letna club has not been successful in recent years. Sparta has not defeated Slavia since March 2016. Will Sparta stop the series with the biggest rival?
