Nevertheless, the capital remains by far the most expensive city with more than 13,400 € / m² for a new property in Paris. It is closely followed by its neighbor Boulogne-Billancourt, then by Lyon and Nice which point to more than 6,000 euros per m2.
In the Great South-West, Montpellier is also illustrated by more prohibitive prices than in Bordeaux with a price per m2 close to 5,200 euros.
