The University of Burgundy and the La Chartreuse hospital have joined forces to say “stop to preconceived ideas” about mental health.
As part of the Mental Health Information Weeks (SISM – from October 4 to 17, 2021), the PSY TOUR proposes to dispel prejudices on mental health, to identify structures and resource persons in a territory of near.
The event will stop on the Dijon campus this Tuesday, October 4 in order to raise awareness among students and staff.
The PSYTOUR is an action which proposes to revise one’s knowledge in matters of mental health and to move forward on common representations on this subject. This event also offers the opportunity to talk about your own mental health: stress, anxiety, sleep, addictions …
This year, healthcare professionals are going to meet students to talk, debate, exchange information, and provide information on local resources in the area of mental health.
Throughout the day, various activities (quizzes, workshops, discussion time …) will be offered by the Association Addictions France, IREPS, the House of Adolescents and their Parents, Le GEM Jeune, SEDAP , UNAFAM, the PSY-DREPI laboratory, the University Health Service, ACODEGE, the La Chartreuse rehabilitation center, Dijon-Bourgogne CHU.
