4,500 activists present at the exhibition center this weekend
The campus of La République En Marche (LREM) brought in more than 4,500 activists from all over France at the Avignon exhibition center this weekend. Many politicians have made speeches to congratulate themselves on the results of the five-year term which is coming to an end. In particular Prime Minister Jean Castex who was present this Sunday.
Measures to be taken further
The LREM deputy of Vaucluse, Souad Zitouni is happy with the strengthening of security in France. She insists on a point that must be deepened if Emmanuel Macron is reelected in the presidential election: management of drug trafficking problems that the Vaucluse department knows well. “We need to put more local police in the neighborhoods. Also send mediators to talk to young people and tell them that other avenues exist.”
The hope for those present is to see Emmanuel Macron in power for five more years. In the measures to be developed: “promote education and youth“came back a lot from the activists on the spot. For Serge, animator of the committee of La République En Marche of Morières-Lès-Avignon, Le Pontet and Entraigues: “to give work to everyone” to be able to say “I get up, I have a job, I can pay my rent and feed my family”.
