A loot of 400,000 euros
Two men, equipped with an electric pulse pistol and a tear gas canister, broke into the Dinh Van jewelry store, rue Vieille-du-Temple, shortly before 12:30 p.m. They had recovered without violence jewelry and cash, for a total sum estimated at 400,000 euros, and then fled. Three days before, an impressive “Scooter robbery” had taken place at the Chaumet jewelry store, near the Champs-Elysées. The man had been arrested the next day with his accomplice in Moselle and most of the goal had been found.
