MOSCOW, October 2. / TASS /. Russia, unlike the United States, when interacting with foreign policy parties, is free from ideological biases or taboos. This was announced on Saturday by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking on the 29th side of the Council on Foreign Defense Policy (SVOP).
“We do not have, unlike the United States, it really is, ideological biased, ideological positions in our relations with foreign regions,” the minister said.
