Ladies’ European Cup: Toulouse winner
The European Ladies’ Clubs Cup brings together 18 clubs from 16 nations. Each team is made up of three players who walk the fairways of Fontainebleau in stroke play. The two best cards are selected each day.
Visit 3
Leading from start to finish, the Toulouse Golf Club did not tremble on this last day. With cards of 74, Celine Manche and Louise Réau have guided the club towards winning on a European scale. The girls from Toulouse are therefore European club champions on French territory. A fine performance for the players who will follow in a few days the French Championship by ladies teams of the 1st Division (Golfers’) on the Golf de Saint-Germain. They will defend their title acquired last year at Bondues. The other committed French club, Fontainebleau, finished in 7th place overall at +16.
Visit 2
After two rounds of stroke play, the Toulouse Golf Club remains leader by being in the total Par and follows the Smorum GolfKlub (Denmark) to +4. Fontainebleau is currently on the third step of the podium at +7 along with two other clubs.
