Toulouse: new accusations of rape against Frédéric Brasilès
The investigation into the sexual crimes alleged against Frédéric Brasilès now includes four rapes. His ex-wife has just been indicted for “rape” and “minor corruption”.
Launched before the summer of 2019 by the accusations of a 32-year-old woman who denounced the abuses of a photo shoot, the investigation into Frédéric Brasilès, former elected representative of the Capitol, continues. In the office of the examining magistrate Fabien Terrier, who put this photographer for the first time under examination in December 2019, the complaints add up against a man who continues to assert that it is about libertine sex between consenting adults.
The investigations opened into letters rogatory by investigators from the Toulouse judicial police shed light on the sexual crimes denounced by several women. The case has thickened with now four complaints for rape, a fifth victim, employed by the town hall, evokes sexual harassment. And the prosecution has just issued a new supplementary indictment: a woman allegedly accused of rape during a photo shoot.
The first victim had already described the sexual drift, without consent, of taking photographs in the studio of allées Jules-Guesde, in Toulouse. Another woman accuses a sexual relation during a marriage, in June 2007. A minor at the time, she had lodged a complaint but the Toulouse police file, finally closed by the prosecution, disappeared in the meanders of the palace of justice. Confronted with the photographer in front of the examining magistrate, this 31-year-old woman to continue her accusations. Another criticism of serious abuses during swingers meetings.
Three-party evening with a minor
Other indictments evaluated in this case. Especially the one concerning the couple’s former babysitter. This soon-to-be-25-year-old woman was only 15 when she began “dating.” She first mentioned the forced intercourse, especially in the parking lot of the residence of her “employer”. The photographer’s ex-wife had denounced false accusations.
While continuing their investigations, the investigators of the PJ discovered videos of sexual intercourse which put in scene the teenager of the time, Frédéric Brasilès and his wife. Re-questioned, the latter recognized these threesomes but would also have admitted that to “uninhibit” the young girl, her husband would have made her drink. At the end of her police custody, this woman was indicted in mid-June for “aggravated rape” and “minor corruption”. She was placed, like her former husband, under judicial supervision.
