San Marino, 2 October 2021 – Francis Mussoni And Giacomo Simoncini they are the new ones Captains Regent for the semester 1 October 2021-1 April 2022. Simoncini, is 27 years old ed he is the youngest incumbent head of state in the world and second, by age, in the history of the Republic. He is part of the Great and General Council, elected from the ranks of ‘Noi per la Repubblicà, the list that refers to the center-left area.
