Nine years imprisonment! Ex-hooligan convicted as a drug dealer – BZ Berlin
Hooligan, bouncer, rocker, drug dealer – now the next chapter in the criminal career of Christopher R. (46)!
The Berlin district court sentenced him on Friday to nine years in prison as a member of a drug gang. Although he has been in jail for years, the professional criminal continues.
►1998, Football World Cup in France. German hooligans, including the BFC dynamo hooligan Christopher R., beat police officer Daniel Nivel half to death. The horrific images go around the world. The officer survived severely damaged. R. grins smugly in court. No regrets, three and a half years in prison!
►1998 and 2003 he is convicted of drug offenses. Joins the Hells Angels after jail. Becomes the confidante of Boss Frank Hanebuth. Becomes Vice President of the Hells Angels in Potsdam.
►2010 is president of the newly founded rocker club on the Spanish island of Mallorca. But only a few months later, he falls out of favor again: He is said to have reached into the rocker box office.
►2015 the next sentence: seven years in prison. Condemned as a member of a highly conspiratorial gang, it is about chemical smuggling for a quick 300 kilograms of amphetamines.
►2017 open execution. R. sleeps in jail, is a criminal every day: by December at the latest, he reunites with others to form a drug gang.
A laboratory is set up in a car workshop in Althüttendorf (Brandenburg) to produce large quantities of amphetamines again. The Seehotel there becomes a drug trading center.
In July 2018, a million-dollar business is launched in Spain to buy 149 kilograms of cocaine. The gang was exposed in November 2018.
Since then, the alleged sports and fitness trainer has been back in the closed prison. The process runs from August 2018 until now.
On the 95th day of the hearing, the verdict is given: nine years in prison, 45,000 euros are confiscated. Seven co-defendants are also convicted. Judge Ariadne Ioakimidis: “The detachment from the criminal milieu looks different.”
