Bars and clubs reopen without incident. Portugal enters the third phase of deconfinement
The unrestricted return of the night activity took place without registration incidents in both Porto and Lisbon, according to information provided by the Public Security Police (PSP) to the Observer.
But, in Bairro Alto, the “night of liberation” was similar to others. “Nothing has changed, we’ve been doing the thing for a week now”, is what is heard among the people who went out on the street last night, as you can hear in this report by Rádio Observador.
This Friday, Portugal enters the third phase of deconfinement. In addition to the reopening of bars and clubs, a series of new measures come into effect: restaurants and shops without limiting the number of customers; digital certificate is no longer required in restaurants and hotels; ends the recommendation of telework and testing in large companies; raised as restrictions on the capacity of sports venues.
On this link, you will find the new rules that came into effect at midnight this Friday.
In addition, the day is also marked by the start of the IVaucher program. Consumers who, between June and August, associated the NIF in their invoices for restaurants, accommodation or cultural events can already start deducting the balance they accumulated in these three months. To do this, simply join the program, associating the NIF. Here, you will find a list of some of the sites that have already joined IVaucher.
