Balès and Nanai-Williams input partners
Stade Toulousain, leader and still undefeated this season, is in Biarritz this Saturday on behalf of the 5th day of Top 14 (17 hours in full on France Bleu Occitanie). Facing the promurrot, Toulouse offers a revised but competitive fifteen.
First tenures for Balès and Nanai-Williams
Ugo Mola and his staff will turn their squad this Saturday in Biarritz having relied on almost the same starting fifteen during the first four days.
We will therefore be entitled to a hinge Alexi Balès – Tim Nanai-Williams to start in Aguiléra. Antoine Dupont and Romain Ntamack taking place on the bench, so these will be the first tenures for these two players this season. The scrum-half has only played 41 minutes since the start of the season. The former Clermontois spent 70 minutes in the field. Yannick Youyoutte will also celebrate his first start in the second row alongside Thibaud Flament. Substitute Jo Tekori makes his first appearance in the squad of the season. Julien Marchand will be captain on Saturday afternoon at Aguilera.
Lacombe: “Make sure that no one falls asleep”
“This will allow us to create a little more emulation in the group. Since we resumed quite late, we wanted to rely on the group which won at the end of last season and in whom we trusted We are lucky to have started the championship well, _It is that we keep this dynamic while creating competition between the players and that everyone must always question. We must keep winning and make sure that no one falls asleep_“, explains Virgile Lacombe in charge of the Toulouse scrum.
The meeting between Biarritz and Toulouse is sold out this Saturday. The 9,000 seats have found a taker.
