Toulouse: a power failure disrupted the SNCF train network this Thursday morning
This Thursday, September 30 at 6 a.m., a power failure disrupted part of the SNCF network at Toulouse Matabiau station.
Bad surprise for morning travelers. At 6 a.m. on Thursday, a power failure on the approach to Toulouse disrupted the departures and arrivals of trains at Matabiau station in Toulouse.
On Twitter, SNCF Occitanie announced the various disrupted axes: Toulouse – Montauban; Toulouse – Tarbes / Pau; Toulouse – Latour and Toulouse – Carcassonne. “On these axes, one train in two has circulated,” said SNCF. These TERs made additional stops at stations that were not initially planned. The rail network also offered alternative buses.

Around 9 am, the SNCF takes stock of the situation. If it does not improve in the next few hours, the situation returns to normal. “Traffic is gradually resuming. We have carried out the technical diagnosis, which will allow a return to normal,” said SNCF.
