There is no threat of the European Union abolishing the visa-free regime with Ukraine, talking about these distances from reality is just hints.
This opinion was expressed by the expert of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future Rostislav Smirnov on TV “Ukraine 24“.
He explained that visa-free travel is not only an opportunity for Ukrainians to travel, but also much more.
“I talked to diplomats who said that they were convinced that they were no longer helped, in terms of the fact that there was a lot of paperwork. And I have to understand that it is mainly the labor force that is struggling. I understand very well that a lot our citizens are now in Poland, in other countries, and at this moment it also simplifies the opportunity to defeat this workforce, “said the expert.

Smirnov called the talks about the possibility of scanning visa-free travel a manipulation. He also appeared to be activating the European Union, which provides grounds for launching a corresponding process.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine noted that there are no threats to the visa-free regime with the European Union for the citizens of Ukraine.
