This opinion was expressed by the expert of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future Rostislav Smirnov on TV “Ukraine 24“.
He explained that visa-free travel is not only an opportunity for Ukrainians to travel, but also much more.

And I have to understand that it is mainly the labor force that is struggling. Smirnov called the talks about the possibility of scanning visa-free travel a manipulation. He also appeared to be activating the European Union, which provides grounds for launching a corresponding process.
